Johnson, Marie Ross On Wednesday, September 19, 2018, Marie was surrounded by her family, friends and lots of love when God called his precious child home at the age of 79.
Her memory will be forever etched in the hearts and minds of her loving and devoted husband, Edward Johnson, Jr.; her daughters, Kim (Byron) Carey and Latanya Johnson; Her two grandchildren, Charis and Byron Carey, Jr.; her great-granddaughter, Cadence Vaughn; siblings, Shirley Gibson, Geraldine White, Barbara Jackson, Janice (Wilfred) Lumar, Earlene, Walter (Lovenia), and Gerald (Louise) Ross; in-laws, Olivia Ross, Bernard, Carolyn and Jean Johnson; god-children, Charlotte Hall, Nina Joseph, Cheryl Dodd and Jamel Hall; devoted friend, Myrza R. Trench and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends, the community, members of New Horizon Missionary Baptist Church, Highway B.C. and Greater Woodville Baptist Church, Employees of Denka Performance and Delta Airlines are invited to attend the funeral services on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 11:00am at the Highway Baptist Church 1185 Magnolia Heights Street, Vacherie, LA 70090.
