Arthurine Bailey Borne of Edgard, LA on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, departed this life. Beloved wife of the late Jonathan Borne, Sr. Mother of Jonathan (Dessie L.) and Roxanne Borne. Sister of Diane Bailey, Theresa Schofield, Eric(Belinda)Bailey, Prescott Jr.(Marion) Bailey, Leroy Bailey and the late Joyce Darensbourg, Lucille Bailey, and Wilfred Bailey. Also survived by two grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Also preceded in death by parents, Prescott and Angelina Burke Bailey. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 10, 2018 from St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2344 Hwy 18, Edgard, LA. Msgn.
