Joseph Borne transitioned to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at Ochsner Medical Center in Luling, LA at the age of 83. He was born the September 29, 1936 to the union of the late Milton Dusty Borne, Sr. and Theresa Mitchell Borne. He was a native and resident of Edgard, LA.\n\nJoseph leaves to cherish his precious memories his daughters Theresa Gale-Sanders (Michael) and Mary Ann Davis, grandchildren Rayfield and Reonda Davis and Michael Jr. and Maya Sanders, great-grandchildren ReneShea Davis and Jayceon MaGee, great-great grandchild Akil Davis, sister-in-law Earline Borne, brother-in-law Raymond Roussell, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. \n\nHe is preceded in death by his wife Caroline Gale Borne, parents Milton and Theresa Borne, father and mother-in-law William and Pearl Gale, siblings Roger Borne, Aubrey Borne, Sr., Ethel Borne Hunter, Milton Borne, Jr., Nellie Cleo Borne, Martin Borne, Gloria Borne Barre and Mary Lou Borne Roussell, brothers and sisters-in-law Florence Borne, Claire Borne, Ethel Borne, Nora Barre, Angie Cannon, Victoria Stone and Matthew Gale, Sr., and a dear friend Mr. Joseph Collins.\n\nThere will be a public walk-through viewing on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 7:00pm at Treasures of Life Funeral Services, 315 E.
