Katie Ruth Bujol Hayes of Gramercy, LA entered eternal rest on November 20, 2020 at the age of 72. Katie was born on October 23,1948 to the union of Freddie Sr. and Rosa Lee Coates Bujol. She graduate from Cypress Grove High School in Lutcher, LA. She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Bernard (Chandra)Hayes Jr., Rosa Lee (Carl) Barney, Paul(Angela)Hayes, Kirk (Jaynell) Hayes and Reynell(Candice)Hayes; her adopted children, Ramyron Hayes, Jamyron (Brittany) Hayes, Roddell (Kalisha) Hayes, Gayneisha and Janeisha Nelson; thirty-one grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; her siblings, Della Jury of Avondale, LA, Marlene (Leonard) Morris, Margaret (Leroyal) Webster, Dolores (Cornel) Morris, Rayne (Alvin) Robinson of Lutcher, LA, Wanda Wharton of Marrero, LA and Kathleen (Johnnie) Shorty of Convent, LA, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Katie was preceded in death by her parents Freddie and Rosa Lee Bujol and her husband Bernard Hayes, Sr. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at King David Baptist Church, 2329 King Ave, Lutcher, LA 70071 at 11am. Reverend Ferdinand Wallace, Jr., officiating. Visitation at 9am. Interment at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum in Paulina, LA.
