Lennard Butler Obituary (1934 - 2017)

Lennard "Spot" Butler, Sr. age 83, peacefully transitioned over on December 31, 2017 at St. Charles Parish Hospital (Ochsner) Hospital, Luling, La. A native and lifelong resident of Edgard, La. He leaves to cherish his precious memories his wife Lois Wilson Butler. His six children: Pamela, Vanessa, Dwayne, Darrell, Jermaine and Shanna. One brother, Kernell Butler; foster sister Judith Anderson; 18 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Devoted friend and neighbor George Dunmile. He was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Helena Butler; son Lennard Butler, Jr. brother Royal Butler; foster brothers Michael and Kenneth Anderson. Pastors, officers and members of Greater New St. Peter Baptist Church, Philadelphia Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the celebration of life on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11:00AM.
