Lisa Marie Barabino laid down her earthly cross and peacefully secured her eternal crown on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at her home in Denham Springs, Louisiana at the age of 44. A steadfast servant, God's unfailing love overcame her earthly suffering and ushered her into His kingdom with much praise and thanksgiving. \n\nLisa was born on March 8, 1978, to Gary and Jane Barabino. Lisa was the doting mother to Bria Catchings. She was educated in the Orleans Parish School System and graduated from Sarah T. Reed High School in New Orleans, Louisiana. Lisa was an exceptionally bright student, after graduating from high school she went on to further her education: she earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts in Management. Upon pursuing her degrees, Lisa held many titles in the workforce. During her employment, she made lasting relationships. \n\nHer memories will be embedded in the hearts and minds of her daughter, Bria Catchings; parents, Jane and Gary Barabino, Sr., siblings, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law, Deidra and Louis Dabney, Sr., Gary Barabino Jr., Adrian Brumfield, Jeffery Barabino, Jason Barabino, and Jeremy Barabino; her loving fiance, Craig James; her treasured friends, Karen and Jerry Cross, Tim Scott, and Latoya Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. \n\nShe is preceded in death by her grandparents, Burnell Manuel and William Manuel, Sr., and Walter and\nAnnie B. Barabino. \n\nAll family, friends, and employees of AT&T, Belle Chase Naval Base, Army Corps of Engineers, Stennis Space Center, and the United States Federal Government are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration on Friday, August 19th, 2022 at Treasures of Life Funeral Service, 315 E.
