Marvin “Hi-Tower” Francois was born to William Penn and the late Leborah Howard Francois, on November 23, 1969. On Friday, March 16, 2024, God called his child home. Marvin departed this world and entered into his new heavenly home.
Marvin was born in New Orleans LA and was raised in Reserve, LA in a
Christian home and accepted Christ at an early age. Marvin attended East St. John High, class of 1988. Marvin had one son, Marvin Morgan, whom he loved dearly. Marvin was engaged to Ceola George, were as you didn’t see one without the other.
Marvin lived his life to the fullest. He was the life of the party. I can see that huge smile and him saying, “HI in the building”. But if you were ever looking for HI, you would find him in the garage lifting weights, a past time which he developed after watching his older brother, Clarence, who’s the original “Flex Master”. And while Marvin was working out, you could hear one of his favorite songs in the background, “Unpredictable” by Jamie Foxx. He thought he was the finest man in the world.
Marvin loved to cook many different cuisine, but his favorite was to boil shrimp and neck bones, which in his mind, he was better at it than Tim, the cook of the family.
Marvin was loved by everyone. He was very confident and sure of himself. He was a neat and proud man. To know him was to love him. Marvin was the very definition of stubborn. (He meant what he said, and said what he meant).
Marvin loved to dress up and look good. Marvin loved family gatherings; He’s known for his unconditional love and devotion to his friends and family, especially his mother, Leborah Howard Francois and son Marvin Morgan.
Marvin was preceded in death by his mother, Leborah Howard Francois; Grandparents, Gustave “Jack” Howard and Laura Baker Howard.
Marvin is survived by his son, Lil Marvin, his brothers: Clarence Jr. and
Timothy Sr. (Andrea), Sisters: Alicia and Penny, nephews: Brent, Coi, Timothy Jr., Tre and Rance; Nieces: Felicia, Tyneshia, Danielle, great niece, Heaven and daughter in love, Kami and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Continue to fly high, Hi-Tower, there will never be another like you
