Patrick Jackson, Jr.

–

Westwego, Louisiana

“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me
only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”
2 Timothy 4:7-8

Patrick Anthony “PJ” Jackson, Jr., made his presence known on January 21, 2009. Born to the parents of Courtney and Patrick, “PJ,” would be the nickname of the young King who would change and impact lives forever.

“PJ” accepted the Lord as his savior and was baptized on December 7, 2025 at Triumphant Church under the leadership of Pastor Jerrod Jessie. He attended Hahnville High School where he was a star athlete. He was loved, cherished and respected by many. Classmates, teachers and administrators knew “PJ” to be a
very respectful, hardworking and dedicated young man whose presence was felt in every room he entered.

A natural born LEADER whose love for family, strong faith, and strong willed allowed him to overcome challenges and obstacles, in any shape or form. He was self-driven, wise, witty, selfless and outgoing. A scholar athlete whose strength and willingness to succeed impacted many lives.

He was an influencer who made a difference in the lives of all who knew him. His strong characteristics, desire to win and ambition birthed a faith-based clothing brand: TOUCH the HEM Clothing Brand in which he founded and branded.

“PJ” was no ordinary child. He was chosen by God to be a vessel; to inspire and change lives for years to come. Because of his strong faith and trust in God, victory is his.

And so, On August 12, 2026, “PJ” heard the voice of the Lord, “Well Done, Thy Good and Faithful Servant!” “PJ” entered into eternal rest at Manning Family Children’s Hospital.
