Warren Anthony Lassere Sr. (Puss) entered eternal rest on Friday, August 26, 2022, at Chateau St. James Rehab and Retirement at the age of 84. Warren was a native and resident of Lutcher, Louisiana.\n\nWarren was the devoted husband of the late Georgia Mae Taylor Lassere. Father of Valerie (Eric) Ross, Warren Lassere Jr., Janice Seymour, Marland (Synethia) Lassere Sr., the late Ronnie Williams, the late Andre Taylor, Cassandra Joseph, Sonja Taylor, Ernest Taylor, Deidre Joseph, Kevin (Trinette) Moses, and Roette (Devoted Friend Joseph Sidney Jr.) Moses. Brother-in-law of Enola Lassere, Leomia Lassere, and Elise Taylor. Warren is survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.\n\nWarren was preceded in death by his parents, Ada Jeanne Jasmin Lassere and Joseph Bruno Lassere; paternal grandparents, Marie Theresa Lasalle and Felicien Lassere; maternal grandparents, Marie Evelina Adam and Henry Jasmin; and siblings, Almedgia Garrett, Hilda Lewis, Edward Lassere, Russell Lassere, Alvin Lassere Sr., Sidney Lassere, Hazel Cornelius, Bernadette Wilbert, and Irvin Lassere.\n\nAll neighboring communities, churches, members of the armed forces, members of St. Philip Knights of Peter Claver Council #45, pastors, Bridgeway Hospice, Chateau St. James Rehab and Retirement, officers, and members of King Solomon Baptist Church are invited to join the family for a Home-going Celebration at King Solomon Baptist Church, 2385 N.
