Whitaker Joseph Tougar passed away at Luling Living Center on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at the age of 70yrs. Whitaker is survived by his brother Joseph Tougar and family friend Stuart Isaac of Edgard, LA. He is preceded in death by parents, Joseph Sr. and Leona Martin Tougar and brother Henry Tougar. A graveside ceremony will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 10:00am from St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Cemetery, Father Robustiano Morgia, celebrant.
