Willard Hampton Standberry of Laplace, LA, on Sunday, November 20, 2022, at his residence entered eternal rest at the age of 77. \n\nHe is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Girtley and Willie Belle LaBranch; grandparents, Lillie and Papa Hampton, and Malcom LaBranch; son-in-law, Troy V. Allen Sr.; sisters, Charlezetta "Toni" Tuck, Pearlina Gray, Vernell Williams, and Jacqueline Waller; sister-in-law, Olivette Magee; brother-in-law, Huey Gordon Sr.; nephew, Huey Gordon Jr.; niece, D'Ebony Hills; and uncle, Lealbrian Hampton Sr.\n\nHe leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Margie Standberry; their two daughters, Nikita Allen and Yolanda Brown (Eric); grandchildren, Troy Jr., Nia, Nya, and Ashley; step-grandson, Austin; step-great-grandchildren, Ace and Akio; one aunt, and a host of other relatives and friends.\n\nRelatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of First Community Antioch Baptist Church, Mt.
